Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS with MBA/MPH in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and oversee medical/clinical services operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal utilization of resources.
∎ Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to streamline processes and enhance patient care.
∎ Manage patient admissions, discharge processes, and bed allocations, ensuring smooth and timely transitions.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to medical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate action plans.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and records, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different departments within the hospital.
∎ Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, protocols, and quality standards.
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance medical service delivery.
∎ Stay updated with hospital services and operations trends, best practices, and advancements in medical technology.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
∎ Sound knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications and electronic medical records systems.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
