Educational Requirements:
∎ The Clinic Manager should be a physician having MBBS degree.
∎ An additional MPH degree would be strongly preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the medical center;
∎ Monitor activities and supervise the work of supervisee staff and provide on-site technical assistance (hands on training);
∎ Ensure overall cleanliness of the medical center;
∎ Assist/contribute in developing and or introducing QA system for providing quality services to the clients;
∎ Develop and implement a strategy to reach the poor and involve the community in the management of the clinic;
∎ Ensure all other systems are in place and well-functioning, e.g., management information, personnel management, logistics management, financial management etc.;
∎ Closely work with the Project Manager and other key staff for smooth running of the center;
∎ Organize monthly management and technical staff meeting to review the progress in reaching the contract conditions and identify potential problems and develop actions for further improvements;
∎ Coordinate with other service providers to establish functional linkages and referral system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A female physician would get priority. Should have experience as GP or clinic manager in private sector/NGO managed hospital/clinics
∎ Experience in urban health programming will be an added advantage for this position
∎ Experience in hospital management would be also preferred.
∎ 5 years' experience in managing the overall operations of health care services. Experience in the field of health care/Clinic/Hospital service/hospital management will be given preference.
∎ Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, analytical skills, self- organizing capacity. Open to ideas and contributions from others.
