Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology/Paramedic course from any Government recognized medical training institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide selected components of ESD+ care as specified by the service delivery protocol.
∎ Conduct procedures as specified including selected family planning services and MR.
∎ Refer clients to designated centre for any complications/high risk pregnancy/advance diseases as per guidelines specified in the referral system protocol.
∎ Promote breast feeding, postpartum contractive use, correct health seeking behavior, proper nutritional practices, good personal hygiene etc. through group consulting and individual counseling.
∎ Administer ESD service specified for outreach level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the health related field.
∎ Experience in urban health programming will be an added advantage for this position
∎ Counselor on health would get priority. Should have experience in private sector/NGO managed hospital/clinics
∎ Team player, excellent interpersonal & communication skill, analytical skills, self- organizing capacity. Open to ideas and contributions from others.
