Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field with at least 2 year of professional experience in relevant field.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Marketing, Service Operations

∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): clint, Customer Service, Service Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a deep knowledge of Inner Circle Private Limited to respond to phone calls and parents’ queries regarding services
∎ Ensure seamless onboarding procedure of clients. Procedure includes- scheduling and conducting parent interviews of potential clients, filling out parent questionnaire, explaining Client Agreement and price list to parent(s), informing them regarding security deposit payment, advance payment and collection
∎ Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
∎ Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing and business development team
∎ Allocate the schedule of new children
∎ Arrange and schedule any meeting requested by therapists or parents
∎ Regularly inform parents regarding sessions reschedule and any changes
∎ Finalize service roster of child through software for creating monthly invoice
∎ Schedule assessment, supervision and session observation of child with supervisors
∎ Maintain regular communication with foreign partners
∎ Maintain record of all schedules with international consultants
∎ Maintain and update client database
∎ Working closely with supervisor to manage children’s cases and have knowledge of special cases for better parent communication
∎ Any other relevant work assigned by the Head of Business Operations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know how to operate Microsoft Office software
∎ Must be able to read, write and speak in English.
∎ Excellent data-entry and reporting skills
∎ Must have the strong sense of responsibility
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication
∎ Must perform concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions in the course of work
∎ Must follow all the safeguarding, and organizational health and safety procedures and policies

Salary: Negotiable
