Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with US-based clients through email, chat and phone.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and accurately.
- Maintain client records, tickets and follow-up notes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare basic reports on client interactions.
Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM â 5:00 AM)
