Job Context:
∎ Responsible for Client Management of the Business.
∎ Working Hours Night shift (7.00 PM - 4.00AM) (MON - SAT)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Send accurate and quality sales proposals to clients (overseas) for further business development.
∎ Develop an excellent relationship with existing clients & vendors by providing support and solution to meet their objectives.
∎ Analyze results sent by the workforce.
∎ Check for service fulfilment and see whether client instructions and quality standards are met.
∎ Deliver service results within deadline via necessary technological means.
∎ Track approved proposals to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
∎ Evaluating current management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
∎ Responsible for achieving all the KPI of the respective territory.
∎ Implementing selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have High proficiency in English (SPEAKING, LISTENING, WRITING & READING)
∎ Must have a good typing speed
∎ IELTS band score of 7+ will get preference.
∎ Experience in managing projects and small groups.
∎ Good command over MS Office
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Probationary Period with Compensation: 2 Months
Final salary will be based on previous experience + performance during probationary period.
Quarterly performance-based bonus
Other benefits as per Company policy.
