∎ Position Summary: This position is responsible to place Rupayan IT & E-Commerce Ltd. in Enterprise/Business/Corporate segment in Bangladesh. Our platform is a marketplace for business to find backward (suppliers) and forward (distributors, traders, customers) linkage business activities/process. Our market place helps business to search, compare, contact and organize information for value creation and day to day operation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate outbound calls to provide products and services information to the customers.
∎ Motivate the clients and maintain a good relationship with them.
∎ Receive inbound calls and handle customer inquiries over the phone.
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Enter new customer's information into the system.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients using software
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues
∎ Monthly/weekly analytical report to the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Call center supervisory management
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
