∎ Welthungerhilfe Bangladesh is seeking a dedicated and responsible Cleaner to join our team in Dhaka. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment for our employees. This position is essential in ensuring that our office remains a pleasant and professional space for our staff, partners, and visitors.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic office environment.
∎ Trash Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials in a safe and responsible manner.
∎ Restroom Maintenance: Ensure that restrooms are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies, such as soap and toilet paper.
∎ Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning appliances, and organizing pantry items.
∎ Assist with Inventory: Monitor and report on cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
∎ Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
∎ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali; basic knowledge of English is a plus.
