Educational Requirements:

∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Civil Supervisor for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & supervise Civil activities with following key R&R:
∎ Responsible for safety, efficiency, quality, scheduling, and execution of construction work supporting the upstream operations in Brown field and green field projects.
∎ Provide effective on-site guidance of construction activities related to small project construction work executed by local contractors.
∎ Ensure conformance with safety policies, project plans, and enforce design and construction codes (Company Engineering Standards, SID, Safe work practices, etc.) Implement on site (Standard Operating Procedures), PTW (permit-to-work) systems, JSAs (Job Safety Analysis), SIMOPS, risk mitigation plans, contractor safety and safety work processes related to construction activities.
∎ Support the execution of development and operating plans for the asset. Work with other functional groups to determine asset needs, manage capital and/or expense budgets for department, oversee small project design and construction, and support operational needs.
∎ Act as a cross-departmental liaison to ensure business objectives will be achieved with proposed solutions.
∎ Oversee construction activities ensuring all safe work practices are followed and design intent is met for field.
∎ Follows all Company Safe Work Practices including, Lifting and Rigging, Working at Height, Excavation and confined space entry, etc.
∎ Reports on progress of activities. Reviews and updates plot plans and construction drawings.
∎ Need to supervise and manage additional tasks as per company and time to time requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 Years practical experience working in Oil & Gas Industry.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Fluent user of MS office, JDE, SMART GEP, Drawing tools etc.
∎ Safety leadership performance & Supervisory Skills
∎ Engineering & Analytical Skills

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dominant work schedule will be 14 days on/ 14 days off basis. Work Schedule may vary as per Company`s requirement. Yearly two annual allowance/bonus. Cell phone allowance. Group life Insurance coverage. Hospitalization Insurance coverage.
