3D Max, 3DS MAX, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Construction Monitoring

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Holding the responsibility for the execution of all civil works related to the GTG, BTG and BOP areas
∎ Prepare, Review, Conduct and Update the Construction Execution Plan
∎ Implementing Quality Control work including preparation and approval Quality Plans for all civil activities and Safety in execution
∎ Coordinating with the Owner’s team of civil Engineers, Back office and contractors for the smooth progress of the works.
∎ Resolving engineering issues related to the drawings with the Engineering Head of Consultants and as well as Owner’s consultant.
∎ Synchronizing with the other teams (Mechanical, Electrical, and C&I) and Contractors for smooth execution of works towards the successful completion of the Project.
∎ Verifying & approving the Work Orders / Purchase orders for various enabling /miscellaneous works.
∎ Advising the owner for the establishment of Quality Control procedures & plans in line with specification, drawing & standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Complete Professional Knowledge:
∎ Good Knowledge about construction equipment and spares parts
∎ Creativity and analytical skills
∎ Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
∎ Technical writing skills
∎ They have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.
∎ Candidate can be Bangladeshi citizen or citizen of any other countries
∎ Good English writing and Speaking
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
