Job Context:
∎ This is a contractual position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the Direct Supervision of the Principal of Australian International School, the civil Engr. (Diploma) will do the following duties:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects;
∎ Review the project in detail in terms of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Co-ordinate directly with the construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report to the Chairman/Managing Director/ Principal about project status and progress & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule;
∎ Coordination with the contractors to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Understand any Structural Drawing & Civil Drawing
∎ • Estimating & Costing about Site work hours
∎ • Able to Site Control & Supervision in all time
∎ • Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ • Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ • Good negotiation and communication skills
∎ • Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ • MS Project, Auto Cad & Excel would be beneficial.
∎ • Should be Hardworking and Self motivated
