∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, BOQ Preparation, Installation/ Erection, MS Office Applications, Operation & Maintenance, Service and Support

Job Context:
∎ A reputed ISO-certified Integrated Facility Management Company with a strong presence in electromechanical service solutions.
∎ We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, potential, and self-motivated Engineer for the Civil department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site supervision at various civil constructions.
∎ Ability to read all sorts of civil drawings.
∎ Follow-up activities concerned with the civil construction of structures, facilities, and systems.
∎ Determine labor requirements and deploy workers.
∎ Coordinating with the entire department that is involved in the project & taking responsibility for all the civil-related problems that arise in the project and solving them in a timely manner.
∎ Must follow the prescribed QA/QC and safety manual and record.
∎ Handling all BOQ and AUTOCAD-related works.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management.

∎ Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
∎ Proactive and Positive attitude
∎ Team player

Salary: Negotiable
