∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor/supervise construction and infrastructural maintenance work
∎ Prepare estimate, budget and BOQ by studying design and drawings
∎ Prepare reports regarding construction and general maintenance work
∎ Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and other non-technical people
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations
∎ Ensure all deadlines are met
∎ Any other task as and when required by the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the real estate sector
∎ AutoCAD (2D & 3D) drawing is a must
∎ Practical experience in designing interior & exterior projects
∎ Knowledge about BNBC
∎ Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
∎ Adequate knowledge in computer
