Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project.
∎ Responsible to complete Project work within the Schedule time as per targets set by management.
∎ Prepare technical proposal and method statement as required.
∎ Collect civil work specifications and price index documents of Bangladesh.
∎ Set meeting with related government officials.
∎ To work closely with Design, Estimate, Supply Chain, Land & Legal and Accounts Department.
∎ Assistance with Manager to collect marketing information & market analysis.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ BOQ and tender schedule for selecting contractors
∎ Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; Construction site inspection and supervision; verifying calculations and placements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years’ experience.
∎ Preference will be given to interested candidates involved in the construction of multi-story commercial and residential buildings and resorts.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project, Auto CAD and Design related software.
∎ Experience of high-risk projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with Management & Site Office.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule
∎ Vast Knowledge about Structure, Construction & Finishing work and Project Management
∎ Ability to work independently & under pressure
∎ Smart, Energetic and Hardworking
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
∎ The candidate should have knowledge structural related software analysis.
