Responsibilities & Context:
Civil Construction Supervision
*Supervise duct-bank construction works in accordance with approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
*Verify site setting-out, alignment, levels, reinforcement installation, concrete cover, duct spacing, and concrete casting works.
*Ensure all civil construction activities comply with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Quality Control & Documentation
*Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection *Requests (MIRs), and other quality-related documentation.
*Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and project documentation.
*Monitor workmanship quality and ensure timely rectification of non-conformities.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
*Monitor site progress against approved schedules and report delays or risks to project management.
*Coordinate resource utilization to support timely completion of assigned works.
Stakeholder Coordination
*Coordinate with Civil, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Building, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
*Resolve site interface issues, construction clashes, and technical challenges.
*Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives on project-related matters.
Health, Safety & Compliance
*Ensure compliance with project HSE policies and procedures.
*Conduct site inspections to identify and address safety concerns.
*Promote a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory requirements.
