∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, and Buying House, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, and Compliance)
∎ Candidates must have experience in both Accord and RSC Audit and Project development related work.
∎ Candidates must have garments exposure.
∎ Skills & Expertise: Accord or RSC Audit, Project Design and Engineering RSC.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the implementation of the projects such as plan, drawing and specification analysis, survey and layout of the works, construction supervision of all costs of project development related work such as piling, materials procurement by proper channel.
∎ Implement sustainability programs such as LEED, ACCORD, or RSC standards in construction projects.
∎ Understanding BNBC 2020, BNBC 2006 and other related codes which will be required for implementation of civil work in project & Preparing DEA using FEM model such as ETABS, STAAD pro etc.
∎ Preparing Details Drawing of RCC structure using Auto CAD.
∎ Preparing Shop & Erection Drawing of steel structure or pre-engineered steel structure using Auto CAD.
∎ Preparing estimation, requisition list, quantity & quality.
∎ Checking measurement sheet and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for both RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Prepare daily progress report as per target, review weekly schedule in line of master schedule.
∎ Ensuring overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Civil engineers need expertise in both construction and design, tailored to the specific project type such as roads, buildings, bridges, or other infrastructure. Key skills and qualifications include:
∎ Analyzing various data sources like survey reports and maps to develop project designs.
∎ Incorporating budgetary, regulatory, and environmental considerations into risk assessments.
∎ Estimating costs for materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring they align with budget constraints.
∎ Projecting timelines for design and construction phases.
∎ Handling permit applications and ensuring ongoing compliance throughout project development.
∎ Supervising soil testing to assess strength and suitability for construction.
∎ Utilizing design software for creating project plans and visualizations.
∎ Overseeing maintenance and repair activities for infrastructure projects.
