∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET, CUET, KUET or RUET.
∎ Candidate having Diploma Engg. Degree need not to apply.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Civil Construction, Flyover
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have knowledge of Rate Analysis on different items of construction of roads, bridges, flyovers, culverts, buildings etc.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure quality of construction works including finishing work as per specification ,ensure proper record keeping all quality control related documents in relation to project work.
∎ Planning, scheduling and supervising overall works.
∎ Preparing work plan with periodical reports.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Ensuring smooth operation of project activities.
∎ Routine inspection and monitoring of project activities.
∎ To keep contact with the Client, Consultants, QC, Site Engineers, Suppliers/Procurement dept. for smooth running of the project.
∎ Solving any construction related problems that arise at the project sites.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

∎ Willing to work in extended hours and work on holidays
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Salary: Negotiable
