Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: building design, Civil 3D, civil contruction, Civil Engineering, Civil engineering contract, Civil work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project (Land/Construction) in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Design & Drawing.
∎ Cost Estimation.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work.
∎ Able to handle the contractor and skilled/semiskilled worker.
∎ Ensure work done at project as per design & drawing, maintaining quality.
∎ Able to maintain Measurement Book & prepare the bill of quantity done by the contractor.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
∎ Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ BOQ analysis, Minimum order purchase (MOP), supervision & quality control, safety and architectural, structural, Machine, Plumbing, Fire fitting execution & Contractor bill checking.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report as per company policy.
∎ You are responsible to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of cost estimation, design & drawing. Must be able to perform Supervisory Role. Must be flexible to be posted at our project site anywhere in Bangladesh.
