Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Budgeting Cost Estimation, building design, Cost and budget, Designing, English speaking, Technical Drawing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project (OUT OF DHAKA) in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Perform relevant communication in English with foreigners and Chinese engineers.
∎ Sound knowledge of Design & Drawing.
∎ Must know Cost Estimation.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget, guideline and policies.
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work and handle the contractor and skilled/semiskilled worker.
∎ Complete of all the documentation both in English and Bangla required for the project.
∎ BOQ analysis, Minimum order purchase (MOP), supervision & quality control, safety and architectural, structural, Machine, Plumbing, Fire fitting execution & Contractor bill checking.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report as per project requirement and company policy.
∎ Be responsible to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
