Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering/Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project (OUT OF DHAKA) in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Perform relevant communication with Clients/MES.
∎ Sound knowledge of Design & Drawing.
∎ Must know Cost Estimation of Rod, Sand, Bricks etc. according to the drawing.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget, guideline and policies.
∎ Supervise all types of construction and maintenance work and handle the Sub-contractor and skilled/semiskilled worker.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ BOQ analysis, Minimum order purchase (MOP), supervision & quality control, safety and architectural, structural, Machine, Plumbing, Fire fitting execution & Contractor bill checking.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report as per project requirement and company policy.
∎ Be responsible to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ AutoCAD, Budgeting Cost Estimation, building design, Cost and budget, Designing, Technical Drawing.
∎ Must have the capability to work under pressure
∎ Need to be honest, flexible, transparent and orderly
