Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure work progress according to the work schedule.
∎ Prepare project progress report for Management.
∎ Coordination with the entire department that is involved with the project.
∎ Taking responsibilities of all problems related to the project and solving them timely.
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps, budget and time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Leads and control skilled manpower and work engaged in Project activities.
∎ Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials etc.) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.
∎ Must have knowledge on mix design of Concrete Block.
∎ Capabilities of understanding architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control.
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge on piling, site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
∎ Responsible for maintaining store and requisition of materials.
∎ Monitoring contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Experience in WDB will be given first priorities
∎ Other necessary assignments to run the project smoothly.
