Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.), B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3dStudioMax, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Architects/ Civil Engineers spend much of their time in offices, where they meet with clients, develop reports and drawings, and work with other architects and engineers. They also visit construction sites to ensure that clients` objectives are met and to review the progress of projects.
∎ ASK Designers is looking for an experienced, hardworking, dedicated & honest Architect/ Civil Engineer to handle projects from the initial client briefing through to the final stages of construction. He must be able to work under pressure and in scheduled time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding Client needs and having a sound knowledge on modern interior and exterior designs.
∎ Consulting with ED - Design & Architect on the preliminary design concept to finalize the layout plan, external elevation, type & style.
∎ Prepare Interior/Architecture Design concept, Plan, Elevation, detailed Working Drawing, 3D Visualization, SketchUp, Project Cost Estimation and preparation of BOQ
∎ Prepare full working drawing set for contractor.
∎ Visit sites and fully supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.
∎ Revise plan during construction, if any modification required.
∎ Prepare detail drawing of landscaping & decorative features for site.
∎ Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (as per requirements from the client).
∎ Liaison with vendors and other team engineers for successful teamwork.
∎ Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensure proper execution.
∎ Monitor weekly action plan/checklist.
∎ Make and Submit quotation, client presentation, complete construction documents, assist building plan and Material presentation.
∎ Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver and a good leader to manage the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 /5 years of experience in architecture/civil engineering industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Studio Max, Architecture, Architecture firm, Building Interior, Customer Handling Problem solving, Interior decorator, Interior Design, Interior Designing, Interior Firms, Interior Project
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Pleasant personality with good communication skill, team player,punctual and good leadership quality.
∎ As the discipline of architectural industry is a continuous and rigorous process of project handovers, starting from drafting drawings to executing the designs in physical site, the incumbent must bewilling to work long hours, under time and budget pressure.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
