Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public/Private University. (Preferable -BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, IUT, AUST, MIST etc.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and manage inspection & testing plan for all trades in accordance with prescribed standards and stated project specifications.
∎ Review contractors work methodologies and Quality manuals
∎ Coordinate submission of samples and approval by designer/consultant.
∎ Check tools and instruments used by contractors
∎ Manage Material Inspections and Work Inspections as per work schedule in coordination with construction managers
∎ Conduct QC inspections of materials and workmanship
∎ Issue and manage rectification of Non-Conformances
∎ Maintain all QC records and documentation
∎ Coordinate with QS team for bill certification
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience in relevant field
∎ Experienced preferably on high rise building construction
∎ Very good technical knowledge of civil works: materials,
∎ Workmanship
∎ Ability to review drawings and use AutoCad
∎ Good organization skills
∎ Proficient in MS Word/Excel
∎ Good interpersonal and English communication skills (Written & spoken)
∎ Ability to prepare Minutes of Meeting.
