Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience of civil & layout design work (basic foundation plan/basic building plan design) Preparing Plan & Design, CAD Drawings, Prepare Project Estimate, Site Supervision, Provide Construction Consultation to Client & Landowner, Manage Contractors & Site, Daily Report to Company Directors, Solving the Issues and Problems etc.
∎ In charge of planning, design, and Construction Project site management.
∎ Ensure design according to architectural plan/design and building standards & Compliance with handover with in schedule timeframe.
∎ Contribute to building a safety culture & contributes to achieve “Zero accidents”
∎ Contributes to implementation of safety relevant principles, standards, rules and procedures
∎ Challenging for the development of process engineering and technology related know- how under superior supervision.
∎ Role & Responsibilities:
∎ Working Hours: 9:00～18:00 (Friday Holiday only)
