Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Construction Project independently, in terms of both engineering supervision and management.
∎ Develop work processes that will lead to cost minimization.
∎ Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specification, plans, and schedules
∎ All kind of supervision for masonry work ( plaster work, Door frame fitting etc.)
∎ All kinds of finishing work supervision like tiles work, sanitary work, paint work etc.
∎ Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing.
∎ All kind of finishing work supervision and control of wastage.
∎ Checking interior & exterior drawings according to design.
∎ Maintaining site safety, identifying problems and taking necessary actions promptly.
∎ Individually handle overall Electrical and electronic work.
∎ Capable to submit written daily/weekly progress Report of the project to the Authority as per the necessity and/or as per advice of the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Have Knowledge of various construction work.
∎ Sound mathematical, scientific and IT skills
∎ Problem-solving Skills.
∎ Ability to work to deadline and within budgets.
Salary: Negotiable
