Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed College & University
∎ Public University will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical Skill, CAD Designing, Construction engineering, Design Engineering, drwaing, Erp software, Planning and organizing skill, Very good in MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cooperate with the project manager to review the construction drawing design of the project, and put forward Suggestions for modification of existing problems.
∎ Coordinate and deal with all kinds of construction problems and emergencies during site construction.
∎ Supervise project construction, control project schedule and change effectively, ensure safe production.
∎ Cooperate with design company and construction company to solve the problem of drawing change and negotiation.
∎ Construction Management & Supervision which includes Monitoring Construction.
∎ Report Preparation on Man Hour and Material, Communication with relevant vendors.
∎ Assist site project manager to check and accept materials and equipment.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with relevant government departments and handling relevant procedures.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Must be Familiar with BNBC, FAR & other related rules & regulations of Rajuk or any other authorities.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining quality control and appropriate/standard procedures.
∎ To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ Designing, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management, Service/support, Survey.
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between management and Site personnel.
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the management.
