Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering, from any reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and tests on all required data.
∎ Designs construction projects by studying project concept, Architectural / Structural drawings, and models.
∎ Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.
∎ Candidate should be skilled in CAD design development, planning, estimation, etc.
∎ Create, update, and complete all assigned common area work orders.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
∎ Project Management, Building & Factory Design with 3D Visualization.
∎ Supervise all maintenance vendors & Others.
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures.
∎ Study all drawings and maintain work accordingly.
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Ensure the quality of construction materials for maintaining proper quality control. Coordination for materials delivery on time.
∎ To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization which need to be included Man, Machine, Materials, Method, and Money.
∎ To ensure project/site labor Management.
∎ To ensure top supervision & project progress as per Work Schedule.
∎ To ensure site stores are safe and secured with no excess and unused materials.
∎ To certify and ensure all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Progress tracking as per master schedule.
∎ Budget preparation.
∎ Work planning preparation.
∎ Time to time meeting and reporting with project personnel.
∎ Coordinate with the billing department.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
