Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate all activities at site and maintain liaison with office.
∎ Quality assurance of all usable materials for construction.
∎ To supervise the construction functional of building and overall maintenance
∎ To prepare BOQ and prepare estimate from the construction drawings.
∎ Prepare work program and maintain the site progress commensurate with the work program.
∎ Identify problem during construction and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Prepare workflow chart of a project and evaluate in professional manner
∎ Coordinate between authority, client and sites.
∎ Be in full picture of site activities and report program accordingly.
∎ Be present at site and ensure technical aspect of works emphasizing quality of wordsmanship.
∎ Ability to measure land area an estimate sand filling.
∎ Capable to plan urban residential area in civil Engineering.
∎ Have to visit all the assigned projects on regular base and provide the update to the higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Understanding of overall construction engineering disciplines.
∎ Working experience on real estate and developer company will be given preference.
∎ Good communication and leadership skills.
∎ Understanding of Civil Structural design & Construction best practice.
∎ Strong leadership to handle contractor and vendors work force.
