∎ - Manage and oversee construction projects of all sizes, ensuring safety, timeliness, and sustainability.
∎ - Conduct site investigations, analyze data, and assess technical feasibility.
∎ - Create blueprints and technical plans that meet specifications.
∎ - Evaluate risks, materials, and costs for projects.
∎ - Provide creative solutions to emerging problems and offer technical advice.
∎ - Supervise and mentor staff while coordinating with stakeholders.
∎ - Oversee the handover of completed structures and services.
∎ - Monitor project progress, compile status reports, and manage budgets, including equipment and material purchases.
