∎ Proven experience in civil engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in project management.
∎ Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards.
∎ Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with the approved designs and project specifications.
∎ Monitor progress, budget, and quality of work.
∎ Resolve any construction-related issues and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality and safety of construction.
∎ Ensure that all work meets industry standards and regulations.
∎ Implement quality control measures and address non-compliance issues promptly.
∎ Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.
∎ Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and safety.
∎ Obtain necessary approvals from local authorities and regulatory agencies.
∎ Provide regular progress reports to the project team and senior management.
