Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering /Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institutions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision & monitoring of all construction works at site
∎ Execution of work, record & report daily progress of work as per the schedule
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures
∎ Preparation & placing of requisition of materials for procurement
∎ Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time-to-time

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years construction experience.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Well conversant with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD
∎ Should be hardworking and self motivated.

Salary: Negotiable
