Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare layout plan as per rules & regulations and to submit for clearances from Department of Environment (DoE), Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA), DC Office (Non Encumbrance Certificate) etc.
∎ Maintain liaison with different Government offices such as RAJUK, NHA, WASA, TITAS, DESA, REB, DESCO etc.
∎ Take necessary action for Plan approval from RAJUK, NHA and Utility Network approval from DESA, DESCO, WASA, REB etc.
∎ Superimposed Site Plan on C.S. Map / R.S. Map / City Map etc.
∎ To supervise detailed GIS based Layout Plan, Location Map, Topographic Map, Purchase Map, Road Network Plan, Block-wise Subdivision Map, Utility Network Plans and Plot registration & handover process.
∎ To supervise electrical and water line installation & connection in all projects.
∎ Any others task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ AutoCAD, GIS/ Mapping.
