Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure project developments, sand filling & earth cutting related work.
∎ Ensure Road construction work according to Business plan.
∎ Plot demarcation according to layout.
∎ Ensure Gas, Electricity, Water supply and others required utility service as per plan.
∎ Prepare bill on the basis of running & final measurement.
∎ Ensure Beautification of the project.
∎ Ensure proper inventory management at project site.
∎ Prepare all types of project development report and statistical data analysis.
∎ Ensure quality of work as per Standard.
∎ Ensure work progress as per time schedule.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Good Leadership Skill
∎ Managerial Communication Skill
∎ Team Management
