Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise & execute construction of new structures (RCC and steel) as per drawing.
∎ Prepare work schedule and estimates of all kinds of construction or building materials.
∎ To monitor and follow-up all civil work ensuring materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
∎ Work together with management to arrange for necessary repairs, renovation, and construction.
∎ Control quality and construction management as per schedule
∎ Checking bills for all suppliers and contractors.
∎ Knowledge of executing and monitoring industrial construction work.
∎ Ensure workforce management
∎ Material inspection.
∎ Coordinate with relevant concerns.
∎ Any work assigned by the Management.
