Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil from government institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall construction and supervision the project.
∎ Follow the work schedule and provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
∎ To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality of supplied goods.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
∎ Prepare Project report including progress report and submit to the management time to time.
∎ Coordinate with direct construction workers and contractors.
∎ To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
∎ Coordination with the Store or purchase department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Review the drawings received from consultant.
∎ Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ Any other assignments assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years (Diploma)/ 3 years (B.Sc)
∎ At least 3 years practical experience on Multi functional commercial building /Interior project at finishing stage
∎ Experience in Interior works and high-rise building is preferable.
∎ Good knowledge of civil engineering
