Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or B Architect from any Public university, preferably from BUET, KUET, or any foreign institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with local consultant and foreign Consultant regarding Architectural/Civil/MEP/Fire/Transport/Lighting System Etc.
∎ Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
∎ Assisting with resource scheduling so the team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
∎ Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
∎ Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, and schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
∎ Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
∎ Support team members when implementing risk management strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project management certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), project. Management professional (PMP) or similar.
∎ Working knowledge of project management software.
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Must have an experience of Leadership/ Co-ordination of Civil, Architecture, MEP, HVAC System, Fire Etc; of a big project like Airport/Stadium/High-rise Building/Hotel etc.
∎ Must have working experience in multinational companies.
∎ Preference will be given to those having work experience in multinational companies.
∎ Must be able to read, write and speak English very well.
∎ Must have a relevant project experience from green field to commissioning.
∎ Should have leadership quality.
