Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design REVIT & BIM model from floor plans and images
∎ Have to be able to calculate cost and estimate quantity of materials required for creating a building from foundation up to roof, and also other costs such as excavation, labour etc.
∎ Plan, imagine and include constructive feedback on every building model; you must own and explain the whole process yourself.
∎ Always keeping tracks of new trends, research, and concepts relating to your work.
∎ Collaborate with several stakeholders to understand the requirements and technical limits of a project.
∎ Willingness to learn new subjects that are relative to the current work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Autodesk Revit, Autocad 2D/3D, BIM360, BEM, HVAC, Building Design And Plan, Cost Calculation, Quantity Estimation
∎ Desirable Criteria (Optional):
∎ Knowledge of BIM and building energy performance (HVAC system)
∎ Familiarity with Autodesk API such as: BIM 360, Model Derivative, Design Automation
∎ Basic knowledge on .NET programming
