Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee compliance issues of a LEED certified (Green Building) building and assure that the activities are very much in line with compliance
∎ Perform the key role in ensuring the certification
∎ Follow-up smooth progress of construction activities
∎ Ensure coordination among relevant stakeholders
∎ Make sure that the construction is very much within BOQ
∎ Identify deviations and solve or correct activities wherever needed
∎ Perform other tasks related to construction

∎ Age at least 35 years
