Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the construction, renovation, and maintenance of garment factory buildings.
∎ Ensure factory infrastructure complies with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
∎ Conduct structural inspections and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
∎ Plan and supervise the installation of utilities, including water supply, drainage, HVAC, and electrical systems.
∎ Work closely with contractors, architects, and factory management to execute projects efficiently.
∎ Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure successful completion.
∎ Ensure proper structural support for machinery and production facilities.
∎ Maintain documentation of building plans, permits, and compliance reports.
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
∎ 2-5 years of experience in factory construction, maintenance, or industrial projects (Garments/Textile industry preferred).
∎ Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and factory safety regulations.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar structural design software.
∎ Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Good communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Knowledge of fire safety, load-bearing structures, and environmental compliance.
