Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application for full-time Civil Engineer (Estimator) from only eligible who has experienced in construction estimation minimum 1 to 2 years.
∎ We are also giving opportunity for Internship (vacancy-02) to fresh graduate on Civil who has good knowledge on Auto-CAD with Architectural, civil, structural and construction documents/drawings to takeoff estimation with 5000 BDT per month as appreciation.
∎ Training related to software will be provided for first 2 months.
∎ Eligible intern will have an opportunity to get permanent job after 4 to 6 months of successful internship where he will get 15,000 BDT (Job assessment will take after internship period).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze blueprints and other documentation (Architectural, civil, structural and Interior Design construction documents/drawings, along with Specifications) to prepare comprehensive time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
∎ Sound knowledge of standard drafting concept about Architecture, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing design drafting work on AutoCAD software.
∎ Should be able to read structural and architectural plan & section work, etc
∎ Use Mathematical equations to determine the quantity of material needed by calculating width, length, depth and density.
∎ BOQ of Architecture, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing.
∎ Coordinates with the client on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the bidding process.
∎ Other Estimating duties as required.
∎ To perform any relevant job assigned by the Management.
∎ Preparing bids for tenders, and reporting to clients, public agencies and planning bodies
∎ Using phone or email to interact with clients and coworkers to plan takeoffs, as well as designs.
∎ Use of Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Outlook, and the Internet (plan-rooms and bid sites, as well as to gain further information needed for project info.) are the main programs used for day-to-day duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ English is mandatory. Unable to recognize engineering terms in English will be disqualified.
∎ Should have excellent presentation skill and communication skill in both English and Bengali.
∎ The applicants will get preference who has experience in the following business area(s): Architecture/Interior Design Firm, Development Agencies.
∎ Good Understanding in English is Mandatory (all the engineering & technical terms is in English) .
∎ Must be proactive attitude towards taking challenges and meeting deadlines.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge on takeoff & bidding software will get preference.
