∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (preferably from public university))
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should know the big picture and all aspects (tender requirements, employer requirements, Customer Care, technical engineering, cost estimation etc.) of the prequalification and/or tender to be participated.
∎ Should divide all works into difference parts according to detailed requirements of pre-qualification and/or tender documents.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents of qualification part and technical offer.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with outside resources, to ensure everything goes smoothly and timely manner.
∎ Prepare a responsive qualification part and technical offer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Very much conversant in written English
∎ Should have basic knowledge in different section : documentation control, engineering, marketing, procurement and cost estimation.
∎ Good capability to coordinate between different engineers or departments.
∎ Good capability to carry out or putting into effect of work plan.
