∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have individual construction project management experience.
∎ Must have experience of construction cost measuring.
∎ Must have confident to work independently.
∎ Follow up over all construction related activities.
∎ Prepare requisition for construction materials.
∎ Order & receive all construction materials as per requisition and chalan on approval.
∎ Ensure construction material's quality.
∎ Prepare & check all construction related bills.
∎ Assist with the construction design consultant.
∎ Proper maintenance of project site.
∎ Keeping all records of Design, Drawing, Layout and all kinds of material testing records by maintaining the sequence.
∎ Prepare and maintain regular Building inspection and load management reports as per
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
