Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as management decisions.
∎ Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare and verify bill, report regular progress of work to superior.
∎ Estimate materials as per requirement.
∎ Archiving and maintaining site documents.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Follow-up all civil works and safety issues.
∎ Oversee construction activities, including earthworks, concrete pouring, structural assembly, and electrical installation, to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
∎ Prepare 2D and 3D drawings.
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and progress updates, and submit required reports to relevant authorities.

∎ Age 24 to 34 years
