∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ At least 3-5 years of experience in building design, development, and construction, preferably in the real estate sector.
∎ Expertise in BOQ preparation and construction project management.
∎ Proficiency in construction management software and CAD tools.
∎ Deep knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and oversee BOQs for construction projects, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
∎ Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring they conform to design documents, safety norms, and quality benchmarks.
∎ Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to address design issues and enhance construction methodologies.
∎ Effectively manage labor, equipment, and materials, aligning with project schedules and budget constraints.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of construction materials at optimal prices.
∎ Implement and manage work schedules to maximize workforce productivity and meet project deadlines.
∎ Maintain detailed records of project progress, budgetary compliance, and any deviations from initial plans.
∎ Regularly conduct site inspections and meetings to monitor project progress and maintain quality control.
∎ Resolve technical and logistical issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
∎ Ensure all construction activities adhere to legal, health and safety, and environmental standards.
