Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Estimation, Costing & time schedule Making for Construction work .
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.
∎ Construction, quality control, preparation of bills, handling of sub-contractors.
∎ To look after overall Project development activities of constructions.
∎ Monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project.
∎ Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
∎ Making plan to complete the job in schedule time.
∎ Drawing and Maintaining official documents.
∎ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Internet Browsing and Communicating with email.
∎ Structural Design making with Auto CAD, Rivet Architect software.
∎ Knowledgeable on Architectural Drafting, AutoCAD 2D & 3Ds Max, Civil, Electrical and Plumbing Drafting.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and presentations on project progress, Prepare budgets and action plans.
∎ Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
∎ Follow-up all Civil works.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Designing, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real State, Garments Factory, Agro Project etc.
∎ Need to be master on auto cad drawing and other related softwares.
∎ Need to prepare designs and drawings as required.
∎ Need to stay at project site beyond fixed time.
∎ Should have experience on factory construction.
∎ Portfolio of work (Including Bamboo Construction - Candidates must bring Proof of earlier workings on Bamboo Construction - Documents, Pictures etc).
Salary: Negotiable
