Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Garments, Garments Accessories, Real Estate, Sweater Industry, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design
∎ Perform in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
∎ Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project & Material requisition and co-ordinate with procurement
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management & Ensure safety, security and cleanness
∎ Sound knowledge in AUTO CAD Drafting & Drafting Design work by AUTO CAD 2D & Proficiency in working at AUTO CAD 2D
∎ Provides engineering information by answering questions and request
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
∎ Participate in project meetings with customers, architects, sub-contractors and customer nominated engineering personnel
∎ Supervise construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as per requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be practical experienced in relevant field
∎ Excellent Command in English both of verbal and written.
∎ Computer knowledge in Auto cad- 2d /3d, MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability.
∎ Should be Hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh.
