Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee construction project work from conception to completion
∎ To prepare BOQ and estimate for construction work
∎ To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders related to construction work
∎ To ensure safety, quality, and compliance are in place
∎ To study the structural, architectural and other design/drawing pertinent to project and execute construction work accordingly
∎ To prepare and maintain construction work schedule
∎ Quantity surveying and scrutinizing bills
∎ Reporting and presenting construction work plan, progress, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 8 years of proven work experience in construction work including but not limited to RCC building, Steel structure, land development, process plant, and other industrial facilities
∎ Should have experience in preparing layout and work schedule utilizing related software
∎ Should be experienced in construction work compliance / regulatory approvals
∎ Should have experience to coordinate with Consultant, Architect, and other stakeholders

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
