∎ Preparation of BOQ as per design
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works
∎ Modification of fittings fixtures and apartment layout as per requirements of company and clients
∎ Ensure compliance of all rules of Govt. Agencies, other local agencies during construction
∎ Preparation and completion of site work as per working schedule, budget and approval
∎ Handling sub-contractors, labors and other local authority during construction
∎ Material wastage controlling, monitoring and supervision
∎ Ensure quality of construction work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Strong knowledge in construction work and construction management
∎ Good Communication Skill
