∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET

Requirements:

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Excellent structural design experience.
∎ Strong knowledge of fair face structure construction.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of BNBC and ACI codes.
∎ Strong managerial skills to lead project engineers and site staff.
∎ High-level expertise in construction efficiency.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to situations.
∎ Willingness to make independent decisions when necessary.
∎ Sound knowledge in checking site material quality and volume, and controlling material wastage.
∎ Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage all related activities of A Plus Group’s projects, including planning, manpower development, monitoring, and technical assistance.
∎ Oversee project progress from conception to completion according to design and management decisions.
∎ Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
∎ Estimate materials, prepare budgets, verify bills, and report progress to superiors.
∎ Archive and maintain all site documents.
∎ Ensure safety standards at construction sites.
∎ Check and control wastage of materials during execution of work.
∎ Manage construction schedules and supervise project activities.
∎ Verify bills as per completed work according to design and quality.
