∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of construction works of all residential & commercial buildings, and infrastructures.
∎ To check the workmanship at every stage of work following the checklist and quality guidelines and ensure the right quality of work.
∎ To study the drawings and design construction process and prepare the construction schedule and daily activity plan.
∎ Setting bar chart of construction targets and ensuring construction progress according to the construction schedule.
∎ Control of material wastage and misuse and to control material consumption.
∎ To select tools, materials, and equipment and to track inventory for ensuring that, the projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
∎ To comply with the safety guidelines and monitor site safety and the safety of workers. To take preventive measures against any potential hazard.
∎ To check and recommendation contractors' bills.
∎ To deploy contractors of civil works, electrical, etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ AutoCAD is a must.
